You will be met at your ship and taken to the Antigua Rainforest some 30 minutes away. After being briefed by fully experienced guides your exhilarating tour can begin.

The Rainforest hike is a unique eco-tour through Antigua’s lush rainforest, where you embark on an unforgettable and pleasing journey through the verdant forest.

All our experienced, knowledgeable and local guides will point out interesting trees, plants and fauna. There are numerous bird species, some indigenous to Antigua. There may be some sampling of local fruits if available in season.

Your tour starts at the Antigua Rainforest Company suspension bridge over a Victorian built dam. The trail is a vista of lush and verdant vegetation and offers a shaded area with interesting plants with a range of wild fruits, vines, mosses and lichens. You will be met with a magnificent view of the south coast of Antigua. Here you can take a short break, enjoy the view whilst taking a refreshing water or fruit juice.
 
Ever seen a pineapple farm? You will pass the pineapple farm before descending onto one of Antigua’s finest beaches. Time to kick off your shoes and shirts before you indulge yourself in Caribbean crystal waters to swim and cool off before you are met by your transportation to take you back to the ship.
