You will be met at your ship by one of our professional Guides and taken in an air-conditioned taxi on a 30 minute or so drive through villages and countryside to the renowned base of the Antigua Rainforest Zip Line Tour. After being briefed by fully experienced guides your exhilarating tour can begin.

The Rainforest hike is a unique eco-tour through Antigua’s rainforest, where you embark on an unforgettable and pleasing journey through the verdant forest, hills and valleys.

You will be given a complimentary bottle of mineral water for the hike. All our knowledgeable and local guides will point out interesting trees, plants and fauna. There are numerous bird species, some indigenous to Antigua. There may be some sampling of local fruits en route if available in season.

Your tour starts at the Antigua Rainforest Company suspension bridge over a Victorian built dam. The trail is a vista of verdant vegetation and offers a shaded area with interesting plants with a range of wild fruits, vines, mosses and lichens. Ultimately, you will be met with a magnificent view of the south coast of Antigua. Here you can take a short break to enjoy the view and solitude.
 
Ever seen a pineapple farm? You will pass the island’s main pineapple farm before descending onto one of Antigua’s finest beaches. Time to kick off your shoes and shirts before you indulge yourself in Caribbean crystal waters to swim and cool off before you are met by your transportation to take you back to the ship.

Don’t forget your swimsuit, towel, camera, sun protection and good walking shoes!
