The Rendezvous Company has been successfully operating shore excursions for many years. We currently enjoy excellent working relationships with Carnival, Celebrity, NCL, Princess, AIDA, Royal Caribbean, P & O, Costa, Costa, EasyCruise and Ocean Village cruise lines.

We ensure our guides receive ongoing training and that they adhere strictly to the guidelines we have vigorously implemented. We are exceptionally fortunate that our guides have all worked with us for years and are very professional, courteous, enthusiastic, approachable and knowledgeable. Some of guides are bi-lingual in English, Spanish and French, and we are also able to provide guides who are fluent in Italian and German upon request.

Our extended work force, restaurant and adventure staff and guides, all recognise that their performance reflects directly on The Rendezvous Company and ultimately the cruise line. They realise the importance of maintaining the very high standard of service and quality of the product expected by the guests.

The importance of being well organised and punctual for each tour departure is of paramount importance to us. Your shipboard staff and guests will always be able to easily locate a guide or representative of The Rendezvous Company by our distinctive uniform and clear and professionally made tour signs.

Fast and efficient communication is also important to us. We are in constant contact with our transport operators, tour location and tour guides. We ensure that any information regarding unusual or different circumstances encountered during an excursion is relayed promptly to the Shore Excursion Manager or the department staff prior to the ship's departure.
